NO REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds for any bookings made on our platform. All sales are final, and payments made for court or turf reservations are non-refundable under any circumstances.
BOOKING RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are advised to carefully check their booking details including date, time, and duration before confirming their reservation. You are responsible for ensuring that your booking information is accurate at the time of purchase.
MISSED BOOKINGS
If you miss your scheduled booking time, no alternative slot will be provided, and no refund will be issued. Your booking is valid only for the specific date and time reserved.
WEATHER CONDITIONS
In the event of unfavorable weather conditions that make the court or turf unusable as determined by District9 management, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a rescheduling option. This is not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES
In exceptional circumstances where District9 is unable to provide the booked facility due to technical issues, maintenance emergencies, or other factors within our control, we may offer a rescheduled booking at a mutually convenient time. This decision rests entirely with District9 management.

We reserve the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review our cancellation policy periodically.
